Portrait: Leslie R GreenbergI am a native Clevelander and maintain a dental practice in Parma. Graduating from Western Reserve Dental School, I always had a flare for being creative.

In 1980, I started photographing with film and switched to digital photography in 2001. With the advent of digital photography, I enrolled in the New York Institute of Photography and graduated from its digital curriculum. I have many award winning photographs and studied and photographed with such notable photographers as: John Shaw, David Middleton, Willard Clay, David Muench, and Nancy Rotenberg to name a few..

My photographs have been exhibited at Baycrafters, Cleveland Bar Association Offices, the Cleveland Business Center, Parma City Hall, Cuyahoga Valley Photographic Society, Jewish Community Center Annual Photography Show, Beck Center for the Arts, Chagrin Valley Camera Club May Show, Photocrafters Annual Show, and in the Annual Barbara Luton Art Show and Competition at the Shaker Heights Library.

On May 3, 2007 I was awarded “Best of Show” at the Cleveland Botanical Garden’s photographic competition. My photographs have won numerous national and local competitions, including being highlighted on the PBS station in Bozeman, Montana.

I am an active member in the Chagrin Valley Camera Club, Western Reserve Photographic Society, and the Cuyahoga Valley Photographic Society. Presently I am creating digital abstracts in addition to my straight nature photography. Creating abstract and digital paintings from common ordinary images has been rewarding and enjoyable.
